The ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing program is available for new QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online Payroll and QuickBooks Time subscriptions only. If a QuickBooks Online Accountant account assumes the billing for an existing subscription, they are charged the then-current list price without additional discounts. When you pay for your client’s subscription, it does not affect the billable user count. There is currently no limit to the number of clients that you can have on the ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing program. The ProAdvisor certification exam is designed to test your knowledge of QuickBooks Online based proadvisor.intuit.com on the 10 modules above, so make sure you are adequately prepared. Now since there are two accounts, you can either cancel the Buy Now account or the 30 day free trial account.

Grow your firm and reap all the rewards QuickBooks Online Accountant has to offer. All QuickBooks Online invoices are sent to the email address of the master administrator account. Once you upgrade your company data will be upgraded to enable the feature set available on the higher plan. Once your file is upgraded to a higher feature set plan, you income statement will not be able downgrade to lower plan. For this, we recommend that you choose a lower plan if you’re unsure, you can always upgrade later.
